Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Girl Nightwear unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs duties that are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return

If your exchange item is of higher value, we’ll contact you to arrange payment of the difference.
